At Faculty Success Today,  we believe that faculty success is the cornerstone of student achievement. Our mission is to build a bridge between faculty growth and student success by equipping educators with the tools, confidence, and strategies to excel in their roles.” Craig Rhodes, PhD. --Craig specializes in Human Performance Improvement providing strategies to increase faculty success in higher education. He focuses on assisting department chairs in boosting their  faculty's effectiveness by designing and conducting  workshops focused on faculty success. He has assisted academic units in raising student success rates by as much as 20% in STEM disciplines. 

 He has held dean positions at four-year (College of Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences) and two-year institution (Dean of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics). Over the course of this time, he has supervised and mentored 15 chairpersons across a variety of disciplines.
